Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unused and unwashed (for clothing items)
  • In original packaging with all accessories
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Bat Care Accessories (once opened)
  • Bowling Machine Accessories (used items)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (4423 Lilac Avenue, Savannah, US 31404)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number (clearly visible)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cricket equipment arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted areas in Asia):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Cricket Season Tip: During peak cricket seasons, allow extra processing time. We recommend returning off-season purchases early to ensure availability for exchanges.
